School youth worker

Teaching Personnel are working with a vibrant primary school located in central Manchester to recruit for a passionate and resilient youth worker to join our client school.

As a youth worker you will play a crucial role in supporting the pupils with their personal development. You will need to create positive relationships with the pupils through guidance and mentoring.

This school is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for pupils.

About the role:

-          Provide support both 1:1 and on a group basis

-          Facilitate group workshops

-          Work closely with staff and parents/carers

About you:

-          Experience working with challenging behaviour

-          Empathetic, nurturing and resilient nature

-          Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
