Academics are recruiting multiple support workers to work in a SEN school. As a support worker, you will be responsible for supporting individuals who need help emotionally and practically.

Support work covers different areas such as mental health, challenging behaviour, learning disabilities and physical disabilities.

Support worker - Tower Hamlets - The school

You will need to :

-Potentially work 1:1 and in small groups.

-Responsible for supporting the classroom teacher

-Able to provide and show experience of personcal care, feeding and changing.

* NVQ Level 2/3 Health and Social Care
* Experience of working with those who have special educational needs and disabilities
* A confident manner and will be able to adapt well to different situations
* A genuine passion for working with special educational needs and disabilities
* Happy to carry out personal care, feeding and changing
