Learning Support Assistant SEN
Are you an experienced LSA looking for a role closer to you? Have you got experience working with children with complex learning difficulties? Here at Protocol Education, we are recruiting for new Learning Support Assistants to come and help educate students in a special school in Reading, Berkshire.
This school caters for children aged between 2 16 years. The pupils here may have a variety of different needs including SLD, PMLD, ASD and complex learning difficulties.
To be considered for this role:
- Recent experience with children with severe learning difficulties / complex needs and/or challenging behaviours.
- Who are flexible, work well in a team and are enthusiastic.
- Willing to undertake further training to help widen knowledge when working with SEN children.
- Good communication and listening skills.
