Our client SEN School based in Bournemouth, is looking to recruit a committed and hard-working Behaviour Teaching Assistant. 

The school are in search for a diligent and resilient behaviour teaching assistant, ideally with previous experience working with young people or adults who have behavioural needs or mental health difficulties. The pupils can display challenging behaviour; therefore, it is essential for the pupil to have a confident and positive role model in their life. 

The school is renowned for its level of training and support offer to members of staff, to encourage further development and retention.

 Behaviour Teaching Assistant

• Supporting 1:1 
• Pupils have significant Social & Emotional Needs
• Working with the students to engage in lessons & learning
• A more therapeutic approach has seen positive progress
• Positive & confident role model required
• Full time, part time and flexible roles available 
• Typical hours – Term Time - 8:30AM - 4:30PM

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
